Xiaomi is gearing up to unveil a new smartphone series in India. Recently, the company has shared teaser on its social media platform, giving some insights about the upcoming device. In the teaser, Xiaomi gives us a cryptic look at the rumours Civi series launching in the country, while also able to take a dig at Apple's Crush ad for the latest iPad Pro.

Xiaomi uploaded a teaser that highlighted the 'Cinematic Vision' tagline. This led to many rumours that the company might introduce the technology with their new Civi series.

However, this is not the first time that these rumours have emerged. There has been speculation for a while that Xiaomi might introduce the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro as the Xiaomi 14 Civi to India. This basically means that the Civi series smartphone will join the existing Xiaomi 14 series in India, which currently includes the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra models.

Xiaomi 14 Civi: Price In India And More Expected

If the rumours are to be believed, then we expect the Xiaomi 14 Civi to feature a 6.55-inch AMOLED display offering 1.5K resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate screen that has 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 3000 nits of peak brightness. This Xiaomi phone is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Bringing it as a premium device, Xiaomi 14 Civi is rumoured to get a 50MP primary sensor with Leica Summilux lens, along with a 12MP ultra-wide sensor and a 50MP telephoto lens. It will be interesting to see how Xiaomi plans to offer its new premium phone in the market, and if the brand could actually go aggressive and bring it under Rs 45,000 so that more people can get a taste of its partnership with Leica for its high-end camera experience.
