Craving Dessert? Try This Nutritious and Delicious Gluten-free Chocolate Mousse

As food cravings increase, there is nothing that can satisfy your heart and soul more than some tasty desserts. But having dessert regularly means consuming a lot of sugar and butter, which is not at all good for your health in the long run. Does that mean you should completely stop eating them? Of course not.

Don’t worry, we got you. Nutritionist Disha Sethi recently took to her Instagram account and shared a recipe for a healthy and tasty Gluten-free Chocolate Mousse which you can easily prepare at your home with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients:

Boiled Brown Rice

Dark Chocolate

Milk

Choco Chips

Walnuts

How To Make:

Step 1: Take one cup of boiled brown rice in a grinder.

Step 2: Next up, take some dark chocolate (preferably of high cocoa content), break it into small pieces and add it to the grinder.

Step 3: Add 1 cup of warm milk to dark chocolate and brown rice and blend everything well till you see a thick chocolate mixture.

Step 4: Take the mixture out in a bowl and top it up with some Choco chips and Walnuts to give it a nutty flavour.

Step 5: Mix everything well and take the mixture out in small cups or containers.

Step 6: Garnish the gluten-free chocolate mousse with some mint, cherries, walnuts and blueberries and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.

Step 7: Serve chilled and enjoy your healthy gluten-free chocolate mousse.
