Petrol and Diesel Prices On April 22, 2024: Government oil companies have released new petrol and diesel prices for today i.e. 22 April 2024. Every day at 6 am, new oil rates are updated for all the cities of the country. According to which, there has been no change in oil prices at the national level today. However, at the state level, the prices of petrol and diesel (Today Petrol Diesel Price) have come down in many states of the country. In some states, there has been a slight increase in its prices. At the same time, there are many states where petrol and diesel prices are stable.

Petrol-diesel prices in metros 

After this cut, the petrol price in the national capital is now Rs 94.72 per liter, which was earlier Rs 96.72 per liter. Whereas diesel costs Rs 87.62 per liter, which was earlier Rs 89.62 per liter. Today petrol has become Rs 104.21 per liter in Mumbai, Rs 103.94 in Kolkata and Rs 100.75 per liter in Chennai. Whereas the price of diesel has become Rs 92.15 per liter in Mumbai, Rs 90.76 in Kolkata and Rs 92.34 per liter in Chennai.

Petrol-diesel prices in major Indian cities

Noida: Petrol is Rs 94.83 per liter and diesel is Rs 87.94 per liter

Gurugram: Petrol is Rs 94.94 per liter and diesel is Rs 87.80 per liter

Bengaluru: Petrol Rs 99.84 per liter and diesel Rs 85.93 per liter

Chandigarh: Petrol is Rs 94.24 per liter and diesel is Rs 82.40 per liter

Hyderabad: Petrol is Rs 107.41 per liter and diesel is Rs 95.65 per liter

Jaipur: Petrol is Rs 104.88 per liter and diesel is Rs 90.36 per liter

Patna: Petrol is Rs 105.18 per liter and diesel is Rs 92.04 per liter

Lucknow: Petrol is Rs 94.65 and diesel is Rs 87.76 per liter.

Where petrol and diesel became cheap and where expensive 

Talking about the price of petrol and diesel at the state level, petrol and diesel have become cheaper in Bihar today. Petrol price today in Bihar has come down by 4 paise to Rs 107.17 per liter and diesel price today has come down by 3 paise to Rs 93.89 per liter. In UP, the price of petrol has come down by 11 paise to Rs 94.47 per liter and the price of diesel has come down by 13 paise to Rs 87.53 per liter. Apart from this, petrol and diesel prices have also come down in Himachal, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Kerala and Maharashtra.

At the same time, a slight increase in petrol and diesel prices has been seen in Haryana, Karnataka, Punjab, and Rajasthan.
