Realtors body CREDAI has urged the Rajasthan Government to facilitate the linkage of Bhiwadi, an emerging industrial and residential hub, to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.

CREDAI NCR Bhiwadi Neemrana made the request in a letter to the Chief Secretary, Government of Rajasthan.

CREDAI NCR Bhiwadi Neemrana is one of the Chapters of CREDAI NCR representing developers of Bhiwadi, Dharuhera, and Neemrana

Anil Gupta, President of CREDAI NCR Bhiwadi Neemrana, requested the government to consider linking Bhiwadi to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway to not only stimulate economic growth but also facilitate smoother movement of goods and people, thereby fostering regional development and prosperity.

CREDAI NCR Bhiwadi Neemrana has suggested certain solutions to connect Bhiwadi with the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.

One of the suggestions is building a dedicated access road directly linking Bhiwadi to the Expressway.

The association also suggested exploring the possibility of developing a road along the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) with an interchange at the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.

Widening and recarpeting of NH 919 from Bhiwadi to Palwal that could expedite connectivity to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and development of an existing road from Chopanki to Tajpiur (Haryana), falling on MDR132 (Nuh Hodal Road) and MDR 61 (Rajasthan), are the other two suggestions.

“The connectivity to the Delhi Mumbai Expressway is the need of the hour for Bhiwadi’s continued growth and development. We urge the Rajasthan government to consider these proposals and take necessary actions to ensure the prosperity of our region,” said Anil Gupta, President of CREDAI NCR Bhiwadi Neemrana.

Enhancing this connectivity would not only stimulate economic growth but also facilitate smoother movement of goods and people, thereby boosting regional development, he added.

CREDAI National has to over 13,000 developers as members.

In the letter, CREDAI NCR Bhiwadi Neemrana has also urged the Government to remove the toll plaza in Bhiwadi

The toll plaza creates significant traffic congestion and delays, especially during peak hours, inconveniencing commuters and contributing to increased pollution levels and vehicle wear and tear, it said.

Furthermore, the toll plaza imposes an additional financial burden on residents who frequently commute through the area, it added.

In another letter, CREDAI NCR Bhiwadi Neemrana has requested the government to expedite the work of road connecting Neemrana and Bhiwadi directly without crossing the border of Haryana.

In the Master Plan, this road was proposed as a 300-meter wide road, it said.

The association of realtors has requested the government to construct a 60-meter wide road, equivalent to a National Highway, from Neemrana to Bhiwadi, which can be either 8 lanes or 10 lanes.
