Royal Enfield bikes are a compelling choice for motorcycle enthusiasts, as the company offers stylish and comfortable cruisers.

Recently, Royal Enfield has taken wraps off yet another 450cc motorbike — Flat Track 450. The beast was showcased at the London Bike Shed Moto Show 2024, reports HT Auto.

The Flat Track 450 is the second 450-cc bike by Royal Enfield after the Himalayan 450. However, it is only a custom motorbike and might not go into production. Having said that, there is a strong possibility that the company might replace the FT 411 with this new bike for events and competitions.

As per the pictures, the Royal Enfield Flat Track 450 has been structured with minimal bodywork and all the unnecessary components have been removed. On this flat tracker 450, the company has used lighter body panels with different handle bars and they have even used new suspensions.

Auto enthusiasts have speculated that these new features have taken inspiration from the soon-to-be launched Guerrilla 450. The bike has a single seat, which is flat and quite long. The tyres are also different and are from Maxxis. This bike also gets a smaller instrument cluster and a race exhaust, making it perfect for off-roading.

Even though there has been no confirmation from Royal Enfield, it is expected that the Flat Track 450 is likely to use the same 452 cc single-cylinder and liquid-cooled Sherpa 450 motor. The engine is expected to produce 39.4 bhp and 40 Nm of peak torque as the Himalayan. It is also paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The bike is expected to be specifically designed for flat tracks.

The Royal Enfield Flat Tracker 450 is yet to be officially introduced by the bike maker. Meanwhile, the bike to watch out for is the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450. It is expected to be launched in the next few months.

Some of the highlights of the new bike include a circular LED headlamp with LED turn signals and a single-pod instrument console. The bike also comes with a teardrop-shaped fuel tank and a single-piece seat with a split grab handle.
