Effective from September 30, 2024, customers can purchase these service plans at any of Ather’s 210 authorised Service Centers or 230 Experience Centers.
Ather Energy has launched the Ather Care service plans for its customers to offer financial convenience and savings on maintenance. As more Ather owners move beyond the initial three-year warranty, the company has identified a need to reduce the uncertainty surrounding periodic maintenance costs.

The three service plans – Ather Care, Ather Care Plus, and Ather Care Max – cater to varying customer needs and cover a duration of one year or 10,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, offering extensive maintenance options.

Benefits

Ather Care provides two free periodic maintenance, a 10% discount on wear-and-tear parts once a year, and a 10% discount on labor for wear-and-tear replacements once a year. In contrast, Ather Care Plus offers two free periodic maintenance, one free polishing session, one free wash, a 10% discount on wear-and-tear parts twice a year, and a 15% discount on labor for wear-and-tear replacements twice a year.

The most comprehensive option, Ather Care Max, includes two free periodic maintenances, two free brake pad replacements, two free washes, two free ExpressCare services, two free polishings, free belt lubrication, a 10% discount on wear-and-tear parts twice a year, and a 15% discount on labor for wear-and-tear replacements twice a year.

Effective from September 30, 2024, customers can purchase these service plans at any of Ather’s 210 authorised Service Centers or 230 Experience Centers. The benefits of the Ather Care plans are redeemable exclusively at the dealership where the plan is purchased. Prices for the plans range from INR 1,130 to INR 2,400, offering potential benefits of up to INR 5,900 for customers, contingent on the plan and the city of purchase.

“With more customers transitioning out of the initial 3 year warranty, Ather recognised the need for a plan that would help minimise the financial ambiguity of periodic maintenance,” said Ather Energy.

The structured plans are designed to give customers peace of mind and reduce the financial burden of maintaining their electric two-wheelers. By offering different levels of service plans, Ather Energy caters to a broad spectrum of customer needs and usage patterns.
