Hyundai launches Hy-CNG Duo Campaign

The latest campaign is no different, aiming to resonate with the audience by showcasing the practicality and advantages of the Dual Cylinder CNG technology in a compelling manner.
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has launched its new campaign “Space Bhi. Mileage Bhi.” to promote the Dual Cylinder CNG technology in its Exter and Grand i10 NIOS models. The campaign emphasises the benefits of the Hy-CNG Duo technology, focusing on enhanced boot space and fuel efficiency.

The campaign has been crafted to highlight the unique selling points of the Hy-CNG Duo technology. HMIL is renowned for its innovative marketing tactics and a customer-centric approach. The latest campaign is no different, aiming to resonate with the audience by showcasing the practicality and advantages of the Dual Cylinder CNG technology in a compelling manner.

Tarun Garg, Whole Time Director & Chief Operating Officer of Hyundai Motor India Limited, shared insights about the campaign. He stated, “As a brand committed to delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions, we are thrilled to see the growing contribution of our CNG-powered vehicles, which accounted for 13% of our total sales in September 2024.”

He further added, “The introduction of Hy-CNG dual-cylinder technology has received very positive customer feedback, with the CNG powertrain’s contribution in the Exter and Grand i10 NIOS rising to 25% and 20% respectively. Our latest campaign for the Hy-CNG Duo technology in the Exter and Grand i10 NIOS highlights the blend of convenience and fuel efficiency that our customers seek. With spacious interiors and advanced technology, these vehicles offer a great driving experience. We shall strive to meet the evolving needs of our customers with eco-friendly, high-performance solutions.”

To maximise the campaign’s reach, it will be promoted across various digital and social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. The objective is to drive website visits and video views by targeting auto enthusiasts, family-focused individuals, and travel affinity audiences through programmatic platforms, the company said.

Specifications

Both the Exter and Grand i10 NIOS Hy-CNG Duo are powered by a 1.2-liter Bi-Fuel (Petrol with CNG) engine, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The mileage is 27.1 km/kg and 26.9 km/kg, respectively, as tested by ARAI. For enhanced safety, the vehicles come with a company-fitted CNG system strategically placed under the luggage board to ensure maximum practicality of the boot space, catering to the travel needs of customers.

By addressing the practical concerns and biases associated with CNG vehicles, Hyundai aims to make a strong impact with its Hy-CNG Duo technology through this campaign. The blend of impressive fuel efficiency and expansive interiors is a significant value proposition for potential buyers, ensuring they get both space and mileage in one package.
