Alt Mobility appoints Pankaj Gupta as Chief Growth Officer to accelerate retail leasing expansion

Alt Mobility, a prominent company in India's electric vehicle fleet leasing and lifecycle management sector, has appointed Pankaj Gupta as its new Chief Growth Officer. Gupta will be focusing on driving the company's retail leasing business and overseeing overall growth, including DCO financing models. His extensive experience in the EV industry and proven track record in business growth make him a valuable addition to the Alt Mobility team.

By leveraging Gupta's vast experience and expertise, Alt Mobility aims to strengthen its position in the electric vehicle sector and expand its retail leasing business across various markets.

Roles and responsibilities

In his new role at Alt Mobility, Pankaj Gupta will be responsible for driving the company’s retail leasing business across Tier I, II, and III cities, expanding into the passenger transportation segment, and promoting the battery-as-a-service model. He will also focus on expanding partnerships with financing institutions to further support Alt Mobility's growth.

Pankaj Gupta joins Alt Mobility with over ten years of industry experience. He previously served as the CEO of Mufin Green Finance, where he played a significant role in establishing the company as a key player in the EV sector. During his tenure, Mufin Green Finance saw significant growth, thanks to Gupta's strategic direction and dedication to removing financial barriers for EV adoption in underserved segments. His focus on Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) principles further contributed to the company's success.

Experiences

Gupta's career includes notable achievements in various fields, such as developing innovative tech solutions for startups and collaborating with industry leaders like Tech Mahindra and Saral Rozgar. As a co-founder of Mera Job India, Gupta contributed to the growth of the job market. Additionally, he served as Chief Growth Officer at Saera Electric Auto, known for the Mayuri E-rickshaw, where he expanded the company's presence in the EV sector. His expertise spans building multi-channel platforms, managing complex sales processes, and enhancing customer experiences.
