New Delhi: Uno Minda, a leading auto parts manufacturer informed the company's investors about the appointment of Rakesh Mehta as the new Chief Human Resource Office, with enforcement from 12 April 2024. Rakesh Mehta is a veteran who was earlier part of JSW Energy Ltd. and was serving as Sr. Vice President & Head - Human Resources before joining Uno Minda. During his tenure, he was spearheading Cultural Transformation through designing and driving HR best practices in the Energy business, the company stated.

Talking more about the appointment the company through its regulatory filings stated, “Rakesh Mehta is a passionate & astute professional with close to three decades of experience in leading effective Human Resources teams, developing HR frameworks and strategies for large organizations. A highly knowledgeable and business savvy resource who has expertise in Cultural transformation, Employee Relations, Mergers & Acquisition, Establishing effective People Practices, Compensations and Benefits.”

His education qualifications include, M.SC (Barkatullah University, Bhopal), Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (Poona University, Pune) and Masters in Personnel Management (Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune).
