Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility to form JV with Prince of Saudi Arabia

Wardwizard Innovations will detail its proposed investment and stake in the Joint Venture, underscoring its commitment to supporting sustainable mobility in Saudi Arabia.
Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited (WIML), manufacturer of electric vehicles under the brands 'Joy e-bike' and 'Joy e-rik', announced receiving a Letter of Intent (LOI) from His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The LOI aims to form a Joint Venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) as part of Wardwizard’s global expansion and dedication to sustainable mobility solutions. A comprehensive feasibility study has confirmed the viability of these ventures.

Partnership significance

The positive outcome of the feasibility study supports Wardwizard's decision to move forward with the Joint Venture, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s vision for sustainable development. The partnership signifies a substantial endorsement of Wardwizard’s capabilities in the electric mobility sector.

What does it include?

The proposed Joint Venture includes setting up two plants in Saudi Arabia. One plant will be an assembly plant for electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers, with plans for future expansion to include the production of electric buses. The other will be a dedicated plant focused on the production of electric vehicle cells.

Wardwizard Innovations will detail its proposed investment and stake in the Joint Venture, underscoring its commitment to supporting sustainable mobility in Saudi Arabia. The collaboration will bring Wardwizard’s technological expertise and intellectual properties into the mix, including advanced EV technologies and innovative manufacturing processes.
