The Southern region is Kia's second-largest market in terms of touchpoints, only trailing behind the North
Kia India has announced the addition of seven new dealerships in Kerala, raising its total touchpoints in the state to 30. This expansion is part of Kia's strategy to make its products more accessible to customers, enhancing their experience with the company's next-generation mobility solutions. At present, Kia India has 178 touchpoints across South India, including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Pondicherry.

The Southern region is Kia's second-largest market in terms of touchpoints, only trailing behind the North. Kia has strategically placed these touchpoints at key geographical locations to serve both local and neighboring areas. Looking toward the future, Kia India aims to achieve over 700 touchpoints by the end of 2024.

"South India is one of the most important markets for Kia and expanding the touchpoints in the region signifies our commitment to growth and innovation. In an increasingly competitive market, touchpoints expansion is not just for immediate gains; it’s about building a foundation that supports future growth while staying true to the core values that customers have come to trust," said Hardeep Singh Brar, Sr. Vice President and National Head Sales & Marketing, Kia India.

Kia's presence in Kerala

In addition to new dealerships, Kia India operates 24 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) outlets in the region. These outlets specialize in selling, exchanging, and buying pre-owned Kia cars. To ensure quality, all pre-owned vehicles undergo a 175-point quality check before being handed over to customers.
