Ola opens 500th after-sales service centre in Kochi

Ola aims to expand its service footprint across the country to cater to its ever-growing community across India.
New Delhi: Ola Electric Monday inaugurated its 500th service centre in Kochi, Kerala, as part of its rapid expansion efforts to widen its service network across the country. The newly-inaugurated centre is the company’s largest service centre in Kerala.

To celebrate the inauguration of the 500th service centre, the company also organised a ride for its member community in Kochi. The company will also hold a nationwide free scooter health check-up across all major cities and towns in India on Sunday (April 21), the company said in a media release.

Ola aims to expand its service footprint across the country to cater to its ever-growing community across India. These centres act as a one-stop solution for all after-sales & service-related requests, the release added.

An Ola spokesperson said, “At Ola, enhancing customer satisfaction and ownership experience is our utmost priority. A key aspect to ensuring that is having a robust service network across India that allows us to cater to all service-related requests of our customers in the shortest time possible. Our 500th service centre in Kochi is a testament to our service promise to our customers, and we will continue to strengthen our after-sales & service network across India."

Ola Electric recently marked its foray into the mass-market segment and announced new prices for its S1 X portfolio. Available in three battery configurations (2 kWh, 3 kWh, and 4 kWh), the scooter is now priced at INR 69,999 (introductory price), INR 84,999, and INR 99,999, respectively. Deliveries will start next week. The company also revised the prices of S1 Pro, S1 Air, and S1 X+ to INR 1,29,999, INR 1,04,999, and INR 84,999, respectively.
