Ashok Leyland LCV opens a new dealership in Tinsukia, Assam

Ashok Leyland's LCV offerings are designed to meet the evolving demands of Indian customers by providing best-in-class technology at competitive prices.
Ashok Leyland, part of the Hinduja Group and a leading Indian commercial vehicle manufacturer, has opened its fourth Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) dealership in Assam, located in Tinsukia. The new dealership, operated by Bharat Motors, offers Sales, Service, and Spares (3S) facilities, and aims to enhance customer experience with advanced tools and infrastructure.

The new dealership in Tinsukia is strategically located and aims to cater to the needs of the local market. Bharat Motors' facility is designed with quick service bays and sophisticated infrastructure to provide superior customer experiences. This is part of Ashok Leyland's effort to expand their reach and support for their LCV product range, which includes models like Bada Dost, Dost, Partner, and MiTR, all manufactured at their Hosur plant.

Bada Dost is available in three variants: INR 10,25,000 for the i4, INR 10,07,000 for the i3+, and INR 9,09,000 for the i2. The Dost range includes Dost LiTE, Dost Strong, and Dost+, with prices starting from INR 7,65,000. Partner is available for prices starting at INR 16,83,000. The MiTR bus has a starting price of INR 22,40,000.

This new dealership is being opened to further strengthen our reach, in line with our commitment.”

The Bada Dost is a recent addition and is built on a robust LCV platform. It has three variants: i2, i3+, and i4. Equipped with 80 HP BS6 engines, these variants promise superior mileage, power, payload capacity, load body length, and loading space. With features like a low turning radius and excellent ground clearance, Bada Dost is ideal for both inter-city and intra-city transportation, easily handling various terrains and ensuring last-mile connectivity.

The Dost range offers various models, including Dost T LiTE, Dost Strong, Dost+, Dost CNG, and Dost+ CNG, catering to different market segments and applications. Partner is another modern and fuel-efficient load carrier, available in both 4-tyre and 6-tyre options. It has load body options ranging from 10 to 17 feet and is built on an internationally acclaimed platform with a ZD30 CRDI engine.

MiTR, based on the same platform as Partner, is available as both a Staff Bus and School Bus. It provides excellent mileage even in stop-and-go traffic and adheres to all school bus safety norms and compliance requirements, offering unmatched ride comfort.

Ashok Leyland has an extensive network of over 1,700 exclusive outlets, ensuring service centers are available at every 75 kilometers on major highways. This network supports the availability of authorized service centers, further reflecting the company's commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
