Is the electrification journey taking a new course?

Electrification has been, and still is, the biggest of the CASE (Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electrified) mobility megatrends. Electric is the future. Or is it? Is the BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) journey facing some doubts or rethink? A recent survey involving 500 EV owner respondents in key markets of Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Mumbai showed that 51% of them prefer to switch back to an ICE vehicle. One may argue that 500 respondents may not be significant enough to reflect a trend, but nonetheless the survey findings show key concerns that EV users still have.
