Mahindra Thar 5-door SUV to be called 'Thar ROXX'; launch set for August 15

Mahindra says that they have designed the Thar ROXX to embody both the ruggedness and personality of a rockstar.

Mahindra & Mahindra has unveiled the TVC of the upcoming Thar 5-door, the latest SUV will be called the Mahindra ‘Thar ROXX.’ According to M&M 'THE' SUV is designed and engineered to offer an unmatched blend of sophistication, performance, presence, safety, and technology.

Solid as a rock, the ‘Thar ROXX’ embodies the personality of a rockstar, with the ‘X’ factors of sophistication and performance, the company added.

The SUV manufacturer promises that the Thar ROXX will deliver a premium quotient, offering cutting-edge innovations, superior design, exceptional ride quality and comfort. Mahindra Thar ROXX will further strengthen the already strong Thar brand.

Mahindra says that they have designed the Thar ROXX to embody both the ruggedness and personality of a rockstar. By introducing Thar ROXX to its lineup, Mahindra aims to further solidify its position in the SUV market.

Veejay Nakra, President, Automotive Sector, M&M Ltd., elaborated on the features of the new vehicle. "The Thar ROXX with its distinctive design, premium quotient, advanced technology, enhanced performance, sophistication, and safety is ‘THE’ SUV. While retaining the core attributes of the iconic Thar, the ‘Thar ROXX’ represents the larger-than-life personality of a rockstar and will disrupt the SUV category.”

The Thar ROXX is part of Mahindra’s strategy to expand its portfolio. It reflects a commitment to innovation and excellence in the SUV segment, ensuring that Mahindra remains a leader in the industry.
