Mercedes-Benz Financial Services has launched its innovative 'Wishbox' campaign in India, offering a suite of personalized financial solutions for prospective Mercedes-Benz buyers. This initiative, aimed at fulfilling customers' aspirations to own a Mercedes-Benz, introduces new options such as Step-Up EMI, Easy Annual Benefit, and EMI Holiday. These solutions are designed to cater to various financial preferences, easing the financial burden and making ownership more accessible.

“Mercedes-Benz Financial Services has been fulfilling Indian customers’ wishes, offering innovative financial products for over a decade. This year we are introducing the popular financial solution ‘Wishbox’, offering personalized financial solutions suited for every customer’s requirement. This program reaffirms our understanding of customer pulse, reiterating our commitment to fulfill their wish of buying a Mercedes-Benz. Wishbox introduces a host of financial solutions in addition to the existing ‘Star Agility and ‘Star Finance’ products,” stated Brendon Sissing, Managing Director & CEO, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services.

The Wishbox campaign is designed to cater to evolving consumer needs, empowering them to realize the dream of owning a Mercedes-Benz. It incorporates three key solutions: Step-Up EMI, Easy Annual Benefit, and EMI Holiday, each tailored to specific financial requirements.

With Step-Up EMI, customers can start with lower monthly payments that gradually increase annually, culminating in a balloon payment at the end. This option is particularly suited for salaried professionals and individuals looking to upgrade or trade-in their vehicles, with EMIs starting at INR 39,000.

Easy Annual Benefit is designed for customers who prefer making larger one-time annual payments but are comfortable with lower monthly EMIs. This option suits salaried professionals expecting annual bonuses or similar financial arrangements, with EMIs starting at INR 60,000.

The EMI Holiday option offers zero to minimal EMIs for the first three months after purchase, helping buyers manage initial expenses. From the fourth month, the EMI starts at INR 57,000.

In addition to the new Wishbox solutions, Mercedes-Benz continues to offer its popular STAR Agility and STAR Finance products. The STAR Agility product includes minimal downpayment options, flexible EMIs, and a high assured buyback value, providing customers with financial flexibility and peace of mind.

Moreover, the Star Finance offer is available for up to seven years, with EMIs starting at INR 60,000, giving customers long-term financial planning options.

Lance Bennett, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Mercedes-Benz India, added, “Mercedes-Benz delivers world-class luxury coupled with cutting edge technology, encompassed by a unique and exclusive customer experience. We have a very exciting second half ahead, with the launch of six of our most awaited models, which will elevate the Mercedes-Benz brand to even higher levels.”

The innovative STAR Agility Plus product from Mercedes-Benz Financial Services offers a comprehensive package. It includes service packages, assured buyback value, extended warranty, and 40% lower monthly commitments compared to traditional finance products. At the end of the tenure, customers have the freedom to upgrade, retain the vehicle by refinancing or pay out the buyback value, or return the Mercedes-Benz. This flexibility ensures complete peace of mind throughout the ownership experience.

These financial solutions are designed to address diverse financial preferences, easing immediate cash outflows and managing financial commitments. With the launch of Wishbox, Mercedes-Benz aims to make the dream of owning a luxury vehicle more achievable for its customers.

Wishbox’s integrated approach to financial planning resonates with Mercedes-Benz’s broader commitment to delivering innovative and personalized ownership solutions, aligning with the aspirations of its discerning customers.

Mercedes-Benz's initiative, through the Wishbox campaign, signifies its ongoing commitment to understanding and meeting the financial needs of its customers, underlining a decade-long tradition of providing innovative financial products.
