Skoda Auto India has started its annual Monsoon Campaign starting from July 1, 2024, for a duration of 50 days. During this period, customers can avail complimentary check-ups and various service discounts aimed at enhancing vehicle safety and performance during monsoons. The campaign is operational at all Skoda dealerships, service centers, and customer touchpoints across India.

The Monsoon Camp offers a complimentary 40-point check-up for every Skoda car, including legacy models. Additionally, customers can get up to 20% discount on Road Side Assistance packages for durations of two and three years.

As part of the critical care services, Skoda is offering Windshield Polish to eliminate scratches and enhance visibility, Headlight Restoration to remove dust and water marks for cleaner vision, and a GermKleen service for a hygienic interior. All these services come with discounts of up to 20% during the campaign period.

"This campaign is applicable to all Skoda Auto India customers, including owners of legacy cars like the Fabia, Rapid, Octavia, and the Yeti, as well as the current fleet like the Kushaq, Slavia, Kodiaq, and Superb."

Skoda Auto India’s Monsoon Camp runs until August 20, 2024. The campaign's goal is to ensure that Skoda vehicles are well-prepared for the monsoon season, thereby enhancing the safety and comfort of the drivers and passengers alike.

In addition to the Monsoon Campaign, Skoda Auto India offers a 4-year/100,000 km standard warranty, which stands out in the industry where the standard is typically around 3-years/75,000 km. Through Skoda’s Peace of Mind programme, customers have the option to extend this standard warranty up to the 5th or 6th year/150,000 km, whichever comes first.

For legacy car owners, Skoda provides the Anytime Warranty package, which offers one to two additional years of warranty based on the mileage and year of production of the vehicle.

Furthermore, Skoda Auto India has recently introduced a minimum of six airbags as standard across its range. This move bolsters the safety features of their fleet, which already boasts 5-star safety ratings for both adults and children.

To improve customer satisfaction, Skoda Auto India has implemented several training sessions and workshops for its sales and after-sales teams under its Human Touch philosophy, localized in India as the ‘My Mantra’ program. This philosophy emphasizes a customer-first approach at all dealerships.

“Skoda Auto’s Human Touch approach is a global philosophy and has been localised for India in the form of the ‘My Mantra’ programme and enables a customer-first approach across all dealerships.”
