New Delhi: Kia India will hold an ownership service camp at all authorised Kia service outlets nationwide from June 27 to July 3, 2024. This after-sales initiative aims to enhance customer engagement, promote after-sales services, and strengthen relationships with Kia vehicle owners.

During the service camp, customers will have access to exclusive services designed to ensure their vehicles' optimal performance and longevity. These services include complimentary 36-point health checks covering the vehicle's exterior, interior, engine bay, underbody, and road tests. Additionally, customers will receive a complimentary AC disinfectant and car wash service.

Kia will also offer discounts on various aftersales services during the camp. These discounts include a 20% reduction on car care services, a 10% discount on retail Road Side Assistance (RSA) plans, and a 5% discount on accessories.

"Customer satisfaction is extremely important to build a sustainable brand. And, we are committed to ensuring our customers enjoy the highest levels of safety, comfort, and convenience throughout their ownership journey with these service camps," said Myung-sik Sohn, Chief Sales Officer, Kia India.

The service camps will feature interactive discussions on Kia's latest vehicle technology, driving tips, and essential maintenance do’s and don’ts. Customers will also benefit from a free evaluation of used car prices and Kia’s exchange service.

As part of its commitment to community welfare, Kia will host CSR-focused activities during the service camps. These activities will include a blood donation camp and free eye check-up.
