Super Screws partners with Mitsuchi Corporation for cold forged parts manufacturing in India

New Delhi: Super Screws Pvt Ltd has announced a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mitsuchi Corporation of Japan to establish a joint venture aimed at manufacturing and selling special cold forged parts in India. This partnership marks an important step forward in enhancing engineering capabilities and expanding market reach for both the companies.

The new venture will set up a manufacturing plant in India to produce and distribute high-quality cold forged parts, catering to both the Indian market and global exports. SK Kapoor, Chairman of Super Screws Pvt Ltd, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, "Super Screws has been in continuous pursuit of new and advanced technologies. We are extremely delighted to partner with Mitsuchi to enhance our engineering expertise and technologies to accelerate localization and manufacturing of cold forged parts for the Indian market and global exports."


Samrat Kapoor, Whole Time Director of Super Screws Pvt Ltd, also shared his excitement, highlighting the potential of the joint venture in one of the world's largest automotive markets.
