Under a 'Strategic' agreement, chargers from these partner CPOs will be seamlessly integrated into the Statiq app.
New Delhi: Statiq, a leading network for EV charging, has teamed up with top Charge Point Operators (CPOs) like Hyundai, ChargeMOD, and GLIDA to enhance the EV charging sector through interoperability in India.

This collaboration means users can access multiple CPOs' charging networks using the Statiq mobile app.

The rising number of EV users in India highlights the urgent need for a vast and accessible charging infrastructure. As more people opt for EVs due to their environmental and cost advantages, the need for dependable charging solutions is growing. EV adoption is expected to play a key role in reducing carbon emissions and fossil fuel dependency, shaping a sustainable future for India.

Under a 'Strategic' agreement, chargers from these partner CPOs will be seamlessly integrated into the Statiq app. Users will have unmatched visibility and access to a wide network of existing and future charging stations, ensuring nationwide coverage.

Raghav Arora, co-founder and CTO of Statiq, said, "We are thrilled to embark on this transformative journey with our esteemed partners Hyundai, ChargeMOD, and GLIDA. This collaboration shows our shared commitment to advancing sustainable mobility in India. With a customer base of 1.5 lakh users, we are poised to drive substantial adoption and improve the accessibility of EV charging infrastructure across India. With a commendable track record of deploying 7,000 chargers across tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 cities, Statiq aims to increase its EV chargers to 20,000 by the end of 2025."

Building on the success of previous partnerships with CPOs like E-Fill and Sunfuel, which saw a 30% increase in utilization of their networks, Statiq plans to introduce 2000+ new public chargers through these new alliances. This aims to transform the EV charging experience by providing users with real-time insights and essential information through the app. The streamlined process will guide users from locating charging stations to planning routes, scheduling charging sessions, and transacting via the Statiq wallet, removing the need for multiple apps and wallets.

Awadhesh Kumar Jha, Executive Director of GLIDA, said, "As a leading EV charging solution provider, GLIDA's strategic partnership with Statiq allows us to build a robust charging infrastructure pan-India. This association aligns with our mission to provide a seamless charging experience to EV users and fasten electric mobility adoption to reduce our vehicular carbon emissions for a sustainable future. GLIDA is committed to making electric mobility mainstream, and through our collaborative approach, we aim to strengthen the industry and create multiple avenues providing ease of EV ownership to users."

Ramanunni M, CEO of ChargeMOD, said, "ChargeMOD is proud to join forces with Statiq to bolster the EV charging infrastructure in India. Through our partnership, we look forward to providing EV owners with sound access to our charging network, further accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles and supporting India's transition to sustainable mobility."

Statiq is actively working with various CPOs to develop a larger, accessible, and reliable charging network.

This concerted effort aims to meet the growing demand for efficient and user-friendly charging solutions, ensuring that the EV charging infrastructure evolves at the same pace as EV adoption in India.
