The messaging app could finally listen to their wishes by offering a new audio call bar that will be highlighted whenever a person is on a call and allow them to mute or end the call without going to the main screen.

WhatsApp beta users on Android are seeing this new feature trickle down. As per the details from Wabetainfo, the bar is basically a mini-screen version of the calling interface on WhatsApp that ensures you can stay on the call and end or mute it without going to the main call interface on the messaging app.
The feature is available to limited testers on Android for now but we can expect more people to get the option as the tool evolves and becomes bug-free.
WhatsApp calling needs more tools that make the experience better and having this mini audio bar at the top of the screen that offers these features will surely enhance its usage and bring more people to use the platform for calls.
