There’s no serious harm in having a few wrinkles in the face. But most of us would like to have them eliminated and want a youthful glow to our skin. Without any medical, surgical intervention or cosmetic surgeries, it is actually possible to reverse the appearance of wrinkles, once you have them. There are steps you can take and lifestyle changes you can make to remove wrinkles or signs of ageing. Dietician Ramita Kaur has talked about three yogas and some foods as well that will amplify your facial appearance and remove the wrinkles and saggy skin. As per the dietician, these yogas are: Balloon, V and Mindfulness pose. In the video, the dietician has talked about how to perform these yogas, which will help tighten the skin.

According to Ramita Kaur, in the Balloon yogasana, one should put two fingers in front of the mouth. Then they should blow their mouths as if they are blowing balloons and hold for 1 minute.

In the V pose yoga, the people should make a V shape near the eyes with the index and the middle fingers. Following this, they should stretch their eyes and look up as well.

In the third and the last, that is the Mindfulness pose, the social media users should hold the centre of the forehead. In the next phase, they should slowly swipe down, close their eyes and relax.

Talking about the foods which help in removing saggy skin, Ramita mentioned the following:

Pumpkin seeds

Sesame seeds

Bell peppers

Sweet potato

Egg whites

Avocado

Tomatoes

Carrots

Garlic

1. Mix teaspoon of multani mitti, 2 to 3 strands of

saffron, and 2 spoons of milk.

2. Wash your face and wipe with a cloth before applying

this face pack.

3. Apply it while your face is still wet.

4. Massage your skin thoroughly in a circular motion.

5. Allow it to dry for 20 minutes and rinse off.

6. This pack should be applied once a week for maximum

results.
