Beat The Summer Heat By Making This Delicious Lahori Jeera Drink At Home

One of the most important factors during the summer is to keep ourselves hydrated and healthy. As the mercury level rises, it is quite common to get a heatstroke or have parched lips. During this season, dehydration becomes a common issue as our body tends to lose water at a higher pace due to sweating, especially when you are working out. This leads to numerous health problems like weakness, feeling lethargic, tiredness, and overall discomfort. While drinking water is the solution, let’s accept it, sometimes plain water can be very boring. In such instances, homemade drinks can be the best way to keep you hydrated.

Disha Sethi, Certified nutritionist, and Nutrigenomic Advisor, has come up with a perfect healthy low-sugar summer drink that you can try to combat the heat and can also add to your weight-loss diet. Taking to Instagram, Sethi shared a recipe for a Homemade Lahori Jeera drink.

To prepare this beverage you need a few ingredients like:

  • Lemon- 1 piece
  • Zeera Powder -1/4 tbsp.

  • Chat Masala – 1/4 tbsp
  • Mint Leaves- 3 to 4
  • Soda
