Gleaming Reno

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Glenmorangie Original
  • 15 ml Passionfruit Syrup
  • 20 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 7 ml Ginger Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Dash Aromatic Bitters

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple.

Ginger Lemon Mule

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Glenmorangie Original
  • 15 ml Lime Juice

  • 30 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice

  • Soda or Tonic (to top up)
  • Pink Grapefruit Wedge (for garnish)

Method:

  1. Add The Macallan, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup, and sea salt to a glass.

The French-style Elderflower Highball

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml DEWAR’S 12-Year-Old Scotch Whisky

  • 15 ml Elderflower Syrup (Monin or other brand)
  • 90 ml Chilled Soda Water
  • Edible Flower (for garnish)

Method:

  1. Add ingredients to a chilled highball glass.
  2. Add ice and stir to chill and combine.
  3. Top off with chilled soda water.
  4. Garnish with an edible flower.

Whiskey Sour – Chivas XV

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Chivas XV
  • 20 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 25 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Add Chivas XV, sugar syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker and dry shake (without ice).
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again, then remove the ice and shake once more.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass and serve.

The Indian-style Jamun Highball

  • 60 ml DEWAR’S 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky
  • 25 ml Jamun Syrup
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice
  • Soda (to top off)
  • Lemon Wedge or Wheel (for garnish)

Method:

  1. Layer the whisky, jamun syrup, and lemon juice in a highball glass.
  2. Fill with ice and stir till chilled.
  3. Top off with more ice and soda.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge or wheel.

The Japanese-style Green Tea Highball

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml DEWAR’S 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky
  • 5 ml Lemon Juice
  • 10 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 60 ml Chilled Green Tea
  • Soda (to top off)
  • Pineapple Leaf or Lime Wheel (for garnish)

Method:

  1. Steep 12 green tea bags in 500 ml hot water for 30 seconds, then chill.

  1. Combine Jameson Black Barrel, red vermouth, and bitter aperitif in a mixing glass with ice.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Glenwalk Whisky
  • Fresh Ginger (grated)
  • 4-5 Curry Leaves
  • 45 ml Orange Juice
  • 10 ml Lime Juice
  • 10 ml Honey Water

Method:

  1. In a shaker, add lime juice, honey water, curry leaves, grated ginger, and orange juice.
  2. Add Glenwalk whisky and ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass with ice.
  5. Garnish with a curry leaf stem.

Glenwalk Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml The Glenwalk Whisky
  • 30 ml Green Tea
  • 2-3 Lemongrass Sticks (chopped)
  • 2 Kaffir Leaves
  • 10 ml Honey Water
  • Angostura Bitters

Method:

  1. In a mixing glass, add Glenwalk whisky, chopped lemongrass, and kaffir leaves; muddle gently.
  2. Add ice, green tea, and honey water.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over ice.
  5. Add Angostura bitters.
  6. Garnish with kaffir leaves.

GlenBerry Shake

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml The Glenwalk Whisky
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 15 ml Blueberry Crush
  • 45 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 2-3 Basil Leaves
  • 3 Blueberries (for garnish)

Method:

  1. In a shaker, add all ingredients.
  2. Add ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass.
  4. Garnish with three blueberries on a stick.

Apple of My Eye

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Apple Juice
  • 60 ml Royal Ranthambore Heritage Collection Whisky
  • 10 ml Honey Syrup
  • 10 ml Lemon Juice
  • 3-4 Apple Slices
  • Nutmeg Powder

Method:

  1. In a shaker, combine whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup, and nutmeg powder with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a glass with ice and sliced apples.
  4. Optionally, create a sugar rim on the glass prior to straining.

Royal Sling

Ingredients:

  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Elderflower Liquid
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1.5 oz Royal Ranthambore Heritage Collection Whisky
  • Lemon Peel and Jasmine Flowers (for garnish)

Method:

  1. In a mixing glass, add orange bitters, elderflower liquid, dry vermouth, and whisky.
  2. Add ice and stir to combine and chill.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel and jasmine flowers.

Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml 8 PM Black Whisky
  • 2-3 Drops Angostura Bitters or Orange Bitters
  • 1-2 Brown Sugar Cubes
  • 20 ml Water
  • Orange Peel (for garnish)

Method:

  1. In an Old-Fashioned glass, add water, bitters, and sugar cubes.
  2. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add 8 PM Black Whisky and ice.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Squeeze the orange peel over the cocktail and drop the peel into the glass.

Maple Whisky Sour

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml 8 PM Black Whisky
  • 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 25 ml Maple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White (optional)
  • Cherry (for garnish)

Method:

  1. In a shaker, combine all ingredients except ice.
  2. Shake for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Add ice and shake again.
  4. Strain into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.

  • 2.5 ml Soy Reduction
  • 3 Drops Citric Solution
  • Garnish: Miran, Chocolate Soil, and Micro Greens

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
