Ingredients Required:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 5-6 pieces of pineapple
  • Handful of mint leaves
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Step-By-Step To Make Pineapple Cucumber Juice:

  1. Begin by adding slices of cucumber, 5–6 pieces of pineapple, and a handful of mint leaves to a juicer.
  2. Squeeze some lemon into it and give it a nice blend till it reaches the desired consistency.
  3. Then, take a glass, add some ice cubes, and pour down the prepared pineapple and cucumber juice into it.
  4. Top it with some mint leaves, and your homemade revitalising detox juice is ready to be savoured, especially during the summer.
  5. Drink the glass full of juice and let the digestive magic happen.

Within a day of being uploaded, many users showed interest in trying out this refreshing recipe and inquired about the suitable time to have the juice. Many people asked for an alternative to pineapple, as the fruit is not allowed during pregnancy.

Meanwhile, cucumbers are extremely hydrating and include enzymes that promote digestion, while pineapple, a tropical fruit, has bromelain, which is known for breaking down proteins and aiding digestion. Mint leaves add a refreshing twist that can help reduce gas, soothe the digestive tract, and prevent bloating.
