The fishermen go to the nearby fishing harbour to bring the catch to the beach road and will fry it right in front of you. However, the speciality of this place is instead of frying the fish directly in the oil, they wrap it in banana leaves and fry it with spices.

Korean fish charges Rs 250 for Indo-Pacific king mackerel, also known as Vanjaram. You can find Pandugappa, which is called Barramundi for Rs 200, Scampi Prawns aka Royyalas Rs 100, Kana Gantalu or Indian Mackerel for Rs 100, Tuna fish small ones for Rs 150 and large ones for Rs 200. If the King Mackerel is small then it will cost Rs 150.

Apart from this, if you are visiting Visakhapatnam, you must also try out other delectable food items like aromatic Royyala Iguru (Prawn Curry), spicy and tangy Chepala Pulusu (Fish Curry), Grilled Pomphret, Konaseema Biryani which is a mix of shrimps, chicken and mutton, Wasabi Prawns, Royalla Pulao and finally the tender and juicy lobsters which are a must.
