MS Dhoni-backed EMotorad and Booz Mobility, featured on Shark Tank, have joined forces to revolutionise electric transportation in India. EMotorad, a leading brand in the e-cycle and micro-mobility space, will be the exclusive supplier of electric kick scooters for Booz Mobility, Asia's first electric kick scooter fleet operator for gated communities. This partnership aims to enhance short-distance commuting within metro areas by providing seamless and eco-friendly transportation solutions.

A step towards sustainability

EMotorad, known for its market leadership and international presence, will supply Booz Mobility with their Lil E electric kick scooters. These scooters will be used for intra-campus mobility in gated communities, in alignment with Booz Mobility's EV Fleet-As-A-Subscription service model. This marks India's first-ever collaboration between an OEM and a micro-mobility operator, aiming to reshape short-distance commuting.

The collaboration targets the supply of 500 kick scooters to Booz by the end of FY25. This strategic move underscores the mutual commitment of both companies to advancing sustainable and innovative transportation solutions.

Kunal Gupta, CEO of EMotorad, expressed his excitement about the partnership. "We are thrilled to see such incredible partnerships in our business. Our success is a testament to our team's hard work and dedication and the growing demand for smart mobility solutions. This partnership aligns perfectly with our vision to shape the future of Indian electric transportation. Our Lil E is a unique kick scooter that keeps innovation, design and performance in mind while creating fun movements. We’re excited to kick off this journey with Booz Mobility, as our partnership paves the way for innovative and sustainable solutions in clean transportation."

Intracity transport

EMotorad's involvement brings cutting-edge vehicles poised to power Booz Mobility's fleet, which will serve gated communities and reshape intracity transport. Booz Mobility's vision of providing seamless and eco-friendly transportation aligns with EMotorad’s dedication to smart mobility solutions, marking a significant milestone in India's electric mobility ecosystem.

Rutvij Dasadia, Founder of Booz Mobility, also shared his enthusiasm, stating, "This partnership will change the perspective of how people see micro-mobility in India and how it will help solve larger mobility problems related to short commutes. With EMotorad as our strategic partner, we aim to serve about 850 million square feet of gated premises in metro areas by 2025, providing a sustainable, efficient, and futuristic commuting solution for thousands of users."

This partnership exemplifies the growing demand for innovative, sustainable solutions in the electric transportation sector, positioning EMotorad and Booz Mobility as pioneers in this evolving landscape.
