TSF Group showcases innovative braking solutions at IAA Transportation 2024

The TSF Group, originating from the former TVS group, is showcasing a wide range of products including brakes, axles, and wheels at the IAA Transportation 24 event. This year, they are presenting their offerings primarily aimed at the global trailer market to enhance their leadership as a Tier-1 supplier with over 60 years of experience. The group’s focus remains on innovative design, top-quality development, competitive costs, and exceptional customer service.


Brake and brake solutions for commercial vehicles

Brakes India, a key player in TSF Group, is displaying its 22.5-inch lightweight monobloc Single Piston Air Disk Brake designed for trucks, buses, and trailers. This product, built to withstand global standards, aims to set a new benchmark in the commercial vehicle segment. Additionally, Brakes India is showcasing a wide array of braking solutions for both light and heavy commercial vehicles, including comprehensive pneumatic braking systems.

"Brakes India is one of the largest braking system suppliers and our product range includes foundation brakes as well as complete air systems and hydraulic systems for commercial vehicles. At IAA Hannover, we are proud to present our exclusive single piston air disc brake that comes with proven design, field tested for over a million kilometers. Our design team has created the lightest design in the market with improved stiffness and durability. Axles with higher strength

Axles India is introducing its 9T – 12T trailer axles on the first day of the event. These axles boast higher strength, come fully assembled from hub to hub, and are compatible with air suspension systems. They are also available with options for both disc and drum brakes.

Lightweight wheels driving the vehicles

Wheels India is presenting several products, including their Diamond cut cast alloy wheel, Powder black forged alloy wheel, and lightweight steel wheel. These wheels are intended for use in commercial vehicles, particularly suited for low bed trailers, electric vehicle buses, and trucks.
