The company has also catered to luxury car owners through its GoMechanic Luxe service line, launched in August last year.
GoMechanic has reported a significant milestone by becoming EBITDA positive in the first financial quarter of this year. Acquired by tech-enabled car care venture Servizzy in March 2023, GoMechanic's remarkable growth underscores its strong financial performance and industry innovation.

GoMechanic, now India’s largest after-market auto service network, has seen its service revenue triple post-acquisition by Servizzy. In fiscal year 2024, the company reported a topline revenue of INR 210 crores from services, spares, and accessories. The first quarter of the current financial year alone saw a topline revenue of INR 85 crores.

The company’s network has expanded to include over 600 service workshops across more than 50 cities, servicing more than 30,000 cars every month. GoMechanic has achieved a 50% repeat customer rate, along with a Customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +50.

GoMechanic's accessory segment has reported a revenue of INR 11.2 crores in the first quarter of the financial year 2024-2025. This performance is fueled by a robust online presence on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, complemented by a widespread offline network of over 600 dealers across more than 50 cities in India.

The company has also catered to luxury car owners through its GoMechanic Luxe service line, launched in August last year. Eleven Luxe service centers were inaugurated in the last financial year 2023-2024, offering bespoke, high-quality maintenance and repair solutions for high-end vehicles.

Responding to the rapid adoption of electric vehicles (EVs), GoMechanic launched specialized EV service stations equipped with advanced technology and trained technicians. The initial phase saw the introduction of 13 EV service centers in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

Another innovative initiative, the GoMechanic Protect + Warranty Program, was introduced in February this year. This program offers extended warranties, enhancing customer trust and satisfaction by providing unprecedented coverage and peace of mind.

Himanshu Arora, Co-Founder and CEO of GoMechanic, stated,"We have managed to strike a balance between profitability and growth, ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional service to our customers while expanding our footprint. Our aim is to service 1 out of 10 cars in the country by FY 2027, and by then, we plan to be present in over 1000 cities across India."

Muskan Kakkar, Co-Founder and COO of GoMechanic, added,"We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved in such a short time. Our focus has always been on delivering top-notch services and building trust with our customers. This achievement underscores the hard work and dedication of our entire team, and we are excited about the future as we continue to set new benchmarks in the auto service industry."
